WORKING WITH OUR PAIN
When we experience chronic pain, our nervous system becomes overstimulated. Over time, it becomes harder and harder to release our pain because the nervous system essentially becomes stuck in the “habit” of sending pain signals to the brain.
This month I'll be sharing poses, classes and guided meditations that help us to reduce pain, soothe the nervous system and r e l a x.
