HEART CHAKRA YOGA NIDRA

This yoga nidra meditation is designed to circulate energy through the heart chakra.
When the heart chakra is balanced, we are open to receiving love (energy) and this nourishes the whole body. This practice begins with an awareness of the heart center. This chakra can feel very sensitive/vulnerable, so be gentle with yourself during this practice. If you begin to experience any sensations that feel to intense, you may stop the practice at any time.

SOLAR PLEXUS CHAKRA YOGA NIDRA

This yoga nidra practice is on the shorter side but it’s no less powerful. It begins with the traditional breath awareness and body scan and then progresses you into a guided visualization that allows you to connect with the energy of the solar plexus to uncover who you truly are.

SACRAL CHAKRA YOGA NIDRA

This yoga nidra is designed to balance the sacral chakra - svadhisthana chakra. This chakra is all about sensual pleasure, creativity and having fun. In order to fully receive and experience pleasure, we need to be in a relaxed and open state. This yoga nidra practice guides you into deep relaxation and finishes with a guided beach visualization where you’ll be swimming in the ocean with dolphins.

ROOT CHAKRA YOGA NIDRA

Any yoga nidra practice is going to be grounding for the root chakra, but this one I designed with specific imagery to balance the root chakra. It starts with a body scan and then guides you into a sacred tree visualization which is one of my favorite visualizations to get connected with the earth.
