This yoga nidra meditation is designed to circulate energy through the heart chakra.
When the heart chakra is balanced, we are open to receiving love (energy) and this nourishes the whole body. This practice begins with an awareness of the heart center. This chakra can feel very sensitive/vulnerable, so be gentle with yourself during this practice. If you begin to experience any sensations that feel to intense, you may stop the practice at any time.
