MANTRA MEDITATION FOR BEGINNERS

In this meditation practice, we’ll be working with a very basic mantra: Ham-Sa.
This Sanskrit mantra translates to “I am.” It’s a great way to get connected with your Higher Self.
The Sanskrit language was designed very consciously so that each word, each vibration would elicit a certain feeling. The words were created to sound like what they mean. This particular mantra works well when we pair it with breath awareness. You’ll notice that when you breathe in and out through your mouth, the inhales sound like Ham and the exhales sound like Sa.
